Introduction
Responsibilities of an architect include designing new buildings, making changes in existing ones and giving advice on conservation and restoration of old buildings of any type such as commercial, office buildings, factories, and restaurants as well as residential like apartment complexes. They have to work closely with end users and clients to customise the designs according to their needs and specifications. They must ensure that these potential designs are safe, economical, functional and aesthetically pleasing. Their work involves usage of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to diagram their designs and ensure the feasibility. Working with engineers and designers is also an aspect of architecture to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Introduction
